Power users

We recommend a ‘train the trainers’ concept. If your organization has a large number of employees and therefore Marad users, training all of them is difficult. We therefore recommend to train a small group of power users who can then pass their knowledge on to the rest of the users.

Training options

There are multiple options in terms of training:

• Train on location- a Marad instructor will visit you at your office or vessel
• Train remotely – a Marad instructor will train you via a Teams meeting
• Train online – you can enroll for online courses

Recommended approach

We recommend our clients to do the following:

• Contact MaraSoft and request a training for your power users
• The power users train and instruct the rest of the employees
• The end users train using the Marad Academy courses
