Project team

You have just purchased Marad, but what next? We always recommend to start with building a project team. You will need:

  • Project manager – required to manage the implementation project
  • Crew – your key employees are needed for information, opinions and feedback (e.g., which jobs should be performed, and when)
  • IT – needed for installations, whitelisting Marad, and making sure everyone can access the application
  • Support – our support team can help you with every step along the way
  • Consultant – optional, we recommend trying to do this inhouse first
