Safety
The Safety module is used to keep track of safety drills, but can also be used to record work permits (permits) used on board.
Adding a category
To add a category, click the ‘New’ button, then click ‘Add’ in the upper right corner:
Adding a safety item
To add a new security item you can:
- Click on the button ‘New’ or;
- Click with your right-mouse button on a category.
Signing off a safety item
To sign off on a safety item, such as an abandon ship drill, click the checkbox for an item. The sign-off screen will appear:
History
The history tracks all signed-off security items. Double-click on a history line to view all data:
